Calling all Wes Anderson fans – this musical event is for you.
Hear some of the greatest tunes from the iconic filmmaker’s catalogue live in a special musical tribute from the four-piece multi-instrumentalist (and brilliantly named) Wes Banderson, led by composer and director Adam Znaidi.
Wes Banderson is coming to the Crescent Community Centre on Wednesday 7 May.
Fans can expect to hear everything from the original score music to deepcut soundtracks, from some of Wes Anderson’s most venerated movies – such as Rushmore, The Grand Budapest Hotel, The Royal Tenenbaums, The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou, Moonrise Kingdom, The Darjeeling Limited and Fantastic Mr. Fox.
The show will feature arrangements of composers including Alexandre Desplat, Mark Mothersbaugh, Shankar–Jaikishan, Sven Libaek and more.
Wes Banderson was formed by Adam Znaidi in 2020.
Tickets for Wes Banderson are £15 and available via The Crescent’s website.
