A Britain’s Got Talent finalist and world-record holder is coming to York next year for some comedy chaos.
Comedian Steve Royle came third in ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent in 2020 for his zany tricks and jokes – and he’s bringing the mayhem to York.
And he’s doing not one, but two fabulously funny shows at Elvington Village Hall next year!
The first show is Steve Royle’s Kids Comedy Chaos on Saturday 29 March 2025 at 3pm. A show that’s fun for all the family, audiences can expect comedy, magic, puppets and some special surprises too…

His second show on Saturday 29 March (8pm) is headlining the Elvington Comedy Evening. Steve will be joined by fellow comedians Freddy Quinne and MC Howard Walker, with one act still to be confirmed.

As well as being a successful stand up comedian, Steve is also a highly skilled juggler and has performed in 22 pantomimes. In 2015 he performed 16 nights at The Manchester Arena as part of the ‘Phoenix Nights Live’ show
He also holds the official world records for balancing a Christmas tree on his chin and an ironing board on his foot. A man of many talents…
