Emergency services are at a serious crash in North Yorkshire this afternoon.
They are asking drivers to avoid the area.
North Yorkshire Police said on social media: “We are currently at the scene of a serious collision at Blakey Ridge in Kirkbymoorside.
“The road is likely to be closed for some time. Please avoid the area until further notice to allow emergency services to respond.
“Thank you for your cooperation.”
We’ll update when we have more.
It follows an earlier collision on the A64 near Sand Hutton. That appears to have now cleared.
