If you’re a tractor enthusiast of the vintage variety – put this date in your diary.
As the annual Sheriff Hutton Vintage Tractor Run will return on Saturday 22 June.
Now in its fifth year, the event will see around 20 vintage tractors embark on an epic 40 mile journey around the area – stopping at towns and villages along the way to raise money for their nominated charity.
This year, event organisers are raising money for Daisy Chain, a charity that supports autistic and neurodivergent children, young people, and adults across the North East.
The tractors will set off from The Highwayman, Sheriff Hutton at 10:30am and travel around the Howardian Hills before making a stop at The Half Moon Inn, Strensall at 3PM.
The team at The Half Moon Inn will be celebrating the event with music and activities – including a Yorkshire Pudding eating competition!
Whether you’re a vintage tractor lover or just want a fun day out in aid of a great cause, don’t miss their fifth year celebrations.
