There’s an ongoing police incident in York city centre this afternoon.
A police van with its lights flashing is parked in the middle of Tower Street, opposite Clifford’s Tower.
Two more vans are nearby.
At least six officers are at the scene, with several standing near the alleyway entrance to Mindlock Escape Games.
There are no cordons in place and traffic on Tower Street is running normally.
