A North Yorkshire pub that was closed by fire has been renovated and is ready to trade again – it just needs a buyer.
The Tiger Inn is in Coneythorpe, between York and Harrogate, and sits next to the village green.
And it has just gone on sale for £495,000.
According to Fleurets, which is marketing the pub, the Tiger Inn was “superbly successfully in recent years with turnover in the region of £900,000 based on a strong food offer”.
However, the the kitchen was damaged by a fire last August and the business has not reopened, with the previous tenant leaving.

While the freehold is on sale at £495K, a free-of-tie leasehold option is also available.
