A man was cut free from the wreckage after a crash near York today (Friday).
Emergency services were called to the two-vehicle collision at Moor Monkton at 9.28am.
The man was a passenger trapped in the rear of one of the vehicles.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Crews extricated the male and handed him into the care of ambulance crews to be transported to hospital via air ambulance suffering chest and back injuries.
“Two other male casualties were transported to hospital via road ambulance suffering head, neck and rib injuries.
“Crews made the vehicles safe and handed over the scene to the police.”
