Two girls reported missing and last seen in York have been found safe and well.
Police launched an urgent search for the girls, aged 12 and 17, when they didn’t return to their home in Ryedale on Tuesday.
They were last seen at York Station that afternoon (30 May).
In an update issued at 12.47pm today (Thursday), North Yorkshire Police said: “We’re very pleased to report that the missing girls aged 12 and 17 who were last seen at York Railway Station yesterday, have been found safe and well.
“Thank you for sharing our appeal.”
