If you have deep pockets and an abiding love for York City FC, we might have found your ideal home.
The first houses being built on City’s former ground at Bootham Crescent are now up for sale.
They are built by Persimmon in a unique development incorporating some of the heritage of the site, including a section of terracing and a centre circle in the communal garden.
Altogether 93 homes are being constructed on what was once the hallowed turf of York City.
A total of 74 will be sold on the open market, and 19 will be made available for social rent and affordable sale through the Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust.
The first three to go on sale via estate agent Savills include these homes.
