Fog has enveloped York this morning (Tuesday) and will stay throughout the early rush hour.
The Met Office has issued a yellow warning for fog which covers all of York and North Yorkshire.
It lasts from 3am to 10am.
The fog comes as York is set to see a wide range of temperatures today.
Temperatures fell to -1˚C overnight according to York Weather Station on Twitter.
But they are forecast to rise to 12˚C by mid afternoon, with a low tonight of 3˚C.
