CCTV issued after coach window hit on its way to York stadium

A coach windscreen was hit and damaged as it drove to the football on Bank Holiday Monday.

Now the police have released two CCTV images of a man they want to talk to about the criminal damage.

The incident happened at about 1.20pm on Monday, 29 August, as it drove along Heworth Green on its way to the LNER Community Stadium.

Do you know him?

It was heading to York City’s home match against Oldham.

A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “Officers are asking members of the public to get in touch if they recognise the man in the images as they believe he might have information that will help the investigation.”
