Police are looking for two people after a man was hurt in an attack in York city centre.
It happened on Market Street between 10.30pm and 10.45pm on Saturday 28 August.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “The male victim suffered an eye injury, and was taken by ambulance to York Hospital for treatment.

“We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
“In particular, we are appealing for information about two young males wearing sports clothing who were seen in the area at the time of the incident.”
