This is one of the apartments at a new complex in York which has just been completed.
The first residents will move in to Icona 1 on Redeness Street, in the coming weeks.
It features a mix of 32 one and two-bedroom apartments and a private roof terrace for residents with views looking out to York Minster.
Prices start at £272,950.
Built by Tolent on behalf of Modernistiq Developments, the £4.1 million developement includes three penthouse suites with private terraces.
Half of the flats have been sold, and the show flat will open in the summer.
