A woman assaulted a member of staff at a popular York pub.
Now police have issued CCTV images of four people they would like to speak to following the incident.
Shortly after midnight on Saturday, October 20, a woman assaulted a staff member in the beer garden at Keystones on Monkbar.
The woman was thought to be celebrating her 21st birthday and was in company with a man of similar age and an older couple.
Do you know them?
- white
- slim
- 5ft 6in-5ft 8in tall
- with long wavy dark hair in which she had put blue/silver streamers.
She had a black handbag, and a pet labrador or similar breed dog on a lead. The woman was wearing
- a white top
- with a dark-coloured ‘boyfriend’ cardigan over it
- a birthday badge
- a busy patterned below the knee skirt
- black tights
- and dark coloured boots.
The young man is described as
- white
- very slim
- over 6ft in height
- with thick bushy brown hair.
He was carrying a distinctive red/white patterned rucksack, and was wearing
- a light blue shirt over a dark t-shirt
- dark jeans
- and black trainers with white trim.
The older woman in the group is described as
- white
- in her late 40s
- of large build
- 5ft 6in-5ft 8in tall
- with short hair in a loose dark bob.
She was carrying several bags, and was wearing
- a long sleeved dark coloured dress
- black tights
- and dark coloured court shoes.
The older man in the group is described as
- white
- in his late 40s
- heavy build with a distinctive rotund belly
- about 5ft 10in tall
- with dark receding hair.
He was wearing
- a light coloured short sleeved shirt
- loose fitting dark trousers
- and a dark coloured jacket with a biker-style collar.
Officers would like to speak to the persons described above regarding this matter and are appealing for assistance to identify them.
