Police are hunting for a man who sexually assaulted a woman in York.
The incident occurred on Monday (August 13) between 11pm and 11.30pm.
The victim was walking along an alleyway between Nicholas Street and Milton Street when she was approached by a man unknown to her. The man inappropriately touched the woman before she was able to leave the scene.
Police have issued this description of the offender, who spoke with a local accent.
