A bus and a taxi collided in York city centre on Monday morning (July 16).
The crash happened on Low Ousegate, near Ouse Bridge, at about 9am.
A Connexions bus, serving the 16 route, was in collision with a black hackney carriage taxi cab.
Police and paramedics were called to the accident.
Three bus passengers complaining of back pain were checked at the scene but didn’t need to go to hospital.
Police officers directed traffic around the vehicles, causing delays for morning traffic using the route.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesman said:
This was reported to the police as a damage-only collision involving a bus and a black Peugeot taxi.
It happened at 8.56am on High Ousegate, near the Tesco Express.
The scene was clear by 9.55am.
