York’s royal street is a bustling blend of cafés, shops and bars – and lots of cars. What would it be like without the traffic? York Bike Belles are turning some parking spaces outside Gulp and Graze and Partisan cafés into a parklet, to give a taster of a car-free street. There will be grass and plants, deckchairs, music and games to play.
