Joe Wicks (TheBodyCoach) is doing daily live-streams of 30 minute workouts for kids to help them stay active. He also has 5 minute and 8 minute workout videos for kids on his channel too. Strictly’s Oti Mabuse is live-streaming dance classes for kids – routines to Shrek, Trolls and Mary Poppins are already available to have a go at.
