To Walk Invisible is a two-hour drama about the Bronte sisters: Emily, played by Chloe Pirrie (An Inspector Calls), Charlotte – played by Finn Atkins (Vera) and Anne, who is played by Charlie Murphy (Happy Valley).
Game Of Thrones star Jonathan Pryce plays their father Patrick. It is written and directed by Happy Valley creator Sally Wainwright.
The drama is in the early days of filming, and no date has been set for transmission of the two-hour film.
Much of it will be filmed in Yorkshire. “This is such an exciting and ambitious project, and we have already had a huge amount of interest in it,” said Sally Wainwright.
“Something about the lives of these three brilliant, talented Yorkshire women seems to touch people at a very deep level.”
