Customer service finalist
It was announced recently that YorkTest has also been shortlisted for the UK Customer Experience Awards. The prestigious awards finals and ceremony will take place on October 11 at Wembley Stadium.
Rachel added: “We’re also extremely pleased to have been nominated for not one but two awards in the UK Customer Experience Awards.
“The journey our customers go on and the experience they receive is paramount to us and shapes everything we do.
“This is why we developed our unique programme of regular communications with our customers from the moment they order their test to their elimination diet and beyond. Our exceptional Customer Engagement Strategy (CES) comprises of supportive one-to-one telephone consultations, emails, text messages and letters.
“These regular messages help our customers to successfully stick with their programmes and feel supported, and because of our continuous contact with our customers, they recommend their tests to their families and friends.
“These awards only strengthen our position as the UK’s leading provider of food intolerance testing.”
YorkTest have more than 35 years’ worth of experience in diagnostic testing and are chosen by 50% of the UK food intolerance testing market.

The results of the YorkTest 2017 customer survey showed that four out of five customers saw improvements in their health after following a YorkTest programme.
Rachel added: “We’re extremely proud of our Yorkshire and British heritage. We might be a small company in terms of headcount, however we trade across the globe with dozens of international partners and are growing our workforce, as well as into more global markets.
“We’re looking forward to furthering our growth into international markets and taking the YorkTest name globally.”
