Police are hunting a thief who subjected a York shop worker to homophobic abuse.
It happened at 5.44pm on Friday 8 November at Savers on Goodramgate.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “A suspect stole four bottles of fragrance, subjected a member of staff to homophobic abuse, and left on a black cycle heading towards King’s Square.
“The member of staff is receiving support from North Yorkshire Police.
“CCTV captured a man dressed distinctively in the area around the time of the incident. The photograph may jog people’s memories.”
