Organised by Make It York, York Residents’ Festival is a thank you to residents for sharing the city with York’s millions of visitors throughout the year.
This year, it takes place on the weekend of 28 to 29 January.

How to take part
York Residents’ Festival is open to all York Residents who have a valid YorkCard, student ID card, or identity card that proves York residency.
YorkCards are available from all of York’s Explore libraries, with a £6 administration charge for adults (free for under 18s) or £10 for non-residents who work in the city.
YorkCards entitles users to discounts at a range of leisure facilities and attractions throughout the year.
