There’s a yellow weather warning for fog affecting parts of our area this morning (Wednesday).
It is in place from 2.56am to 11am today.
The warning applies to most of the Midlands and parts of the North.
It applies to the south side of York, as well as Selby, Tadcaster and Pocklington.
The Met Office says: “Fog, dense in places, is expected to lead to some disruption on Wednesday morning.”
As a result, we should expect “slower journey times with delays to bus and train services”.
