Parts of North Yorkshire are covered by a thunderstorm warning issued by the Met Office.
The yellow warning comes into effect at 1pm today (Thursday, 22 June) and lasts until 8pm.
Covering the Midlands and South Yorkshire, the warning stretches as far as Selby and Sherburn in Elmet.
But it doesn’t go as far north as Tadcaster or York.
The storms could cause some flash flooding and travel disruption, the Met Office says.
