Music, classic cars, garden parties and stalls – Scampston Does Vintage is back, better and bigger than ever.

And thanks to organisers Now And Then Events, YorkMix has two sets of family tickets to give away.

Scampston Does Vintage takes place in the lakeside gardens of Scampston Hall on Saturday, June 7 and Sunday, June 8.

The event kicks off on the Saturday with an evening of live music, picnics, vintage cocktails and camping.

Then the fun starts again on Sunday from 11am, with a vintage garden party and classic car show put on by NECPWA, the North of England’s largest classic motoring club.

Live acts include Phil Lyons, Harmony Handsworth, the Last Resort and the Four Shadows, while GI Jive hosts Lindy Hop dance lessons.

Refreshments include afternoon teas, or something stronger served by The Bespoke Bartender. Among the activities on offer are a beauty bar, photo-booth, tandem bike hire and workshops where you can make a brooch, bow tie and more.

There’s entertainment for the children, and an array of Britain’s best vintage stalls too.

Tickets start from £5 for a child, £8 for an adult for entry to Sunday’s activities.
