He’s Anthony Kerrigan and he’s wanted by North Yorkshire Police.
The 33-year-old is from York, and is wanted in connection with stalking offences.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “We believe Kerrigan is likely to be in the York area.
“If you see him, or have any information about his current whereabouts, please call North Yorkshire Police on 101. If the sighting is immediate, please call 999.”
