Learn how to paint your next masterpiece while relaxing with friends and a bev – as unique sip and paint event comes to York for the first time.
Boozy Brushes host events in local pubs and bars around the UK, and aim to show that art is for everyone and that learning new painting skills can be a lot of fun.
Now they’re sharing the fun with York for the first time!
They’ll be setting up their easels at Pitcher & Piano, Coney Street on Sunday 18 June.
The event will take place over two hours, from 2pm to 4pm.
The class will be taught by a professional artist who will guide the participants through the drawing and painting process. And don’t worry about bringing supplies – all the paint, canvas, brushes, apron and other necessities will be provided.
You’ll be able to keep your finished piece, and you might even be able to take home a prize if your painting is voted the best by your peers.
Drinks will be available to buy from Pitcher & Piano – why not paint with a glass of Prosecco or sip on a soft drink or get creative with a cocktail!
This lighthearted event will be a great way to unwind with friends or a solo therapeutic experience.
Tickets are £26 (£22 for students with a valid student ID) and are available here.
Happy painting!
