Two men have been left with head injuries after an argument in York.
The police received reports of an ongoing altercation at an address on Morritt Close at 3.17am last Saturday (June 10).
On arrival, officers found a 49-year-old man with serious head injuries at the scene, and a 42-year-old man with head injuries nearby on Barfield Road.
Three arrests
Both men, who have been receiving hospital treatment, were arrested in connection with the incident, along with a 37-year-old man.
Following questioning, they were released on conditional bail while enquiries continue to establish the full circumstance surrounding the incident.
Detectives investigating the violent incident are appealing for witnesses and information.
