A visitor to York was attacked in the city centre, police revealed today (Thursday).
The tourist was assaulted by a man on Parliament Street at around 11pm on Saturday 19 August.
The victim had to go to hospital to receive medical attention for his injuries.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “Officers are asking members of the public to get in touch if they recognise the people in the images as they could have information that will help the investigation.”
