A girl pulled a knife on a woman during an argument on a York street.
North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about the incident that occurred on Lang Avenue, Tang Hall.
It happened at about 5pm on Monday (11 May), and involved a teenage girl, about 15 years old.
She is described as
- having a long dark brown pony tail
- wearing a rusty-coloured bomber jacket
- and grey tracksuit bottoms.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesman said:
It was reported that this teenager pulled out a knife after a verbal altercation with a woman.
We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
