There’s been a spate of motorbike and moped thefts in one area of York.
Police say thieves are targeting Heworth – and three streets in particular.
Officers are asking people to remain vigilant and report any incidents to them.
They said a number of motorbikes and mopeds have been stolen from Bell Farm, Elmfield Avenue and Fossway.
The picture above shows a motorbike taken from Elmfield Avenue. It may now be in the west of York.
They ask anyone with information on the incidents to contact them via 101, the North Yorkshire Police website or via Crimestoppers.
