Thirsk Newsagents, Towlers, has changed hands at an undisclosed price.
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co announced the sale had gone through today.
Towlers Newsagents is said to be a very profitable business and occupying an excellent position on the Market Place means it’s very well known by visitors and tourists too,
It’s known for selling confectionery in jars, newspapers, magazines, greeting cards, toys and gifts as well as food and drink.
Following 15 years of ownership, previous owner, Michael Sturdy decided to sell as it had reached the time for him to retire.
