Detectives investigating burglaries in York have arrested a local man.
The 22-year-old was arrested on suspicion of burglary on Tuesday 30 July 2013, in connection with burglaries at Scott Street, on Saturday 27 July 2013 and Scaife Street in February 2013, when a games console, computer equipment and jewellery were taken.
The man has been released on bail to allow for further police enquiries.
DC Adam Parkinson, of York CID, said: “I need to speak to anyone who has information about either of these burglaries and urge them to get in touch straight away.”
