A pedestrian has been taken to hospital after a crash on a York road.
Police and an ambulance crew were called to Skeldergate, at its junction with Micklegate, just before 11am.
A woman was hurt in the incident, which appears to have involved an Uber car.

The junction was closed while the man was treated in the road by paramedics.
A Yorkshire Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We received an emergency call at 10.54am this morning to report a collision between a car and a pedestrian on Skeldergate in York.
“An ambulance was dispatched to the scene and one patient was conveyed to York Hospital.’
