Police are hunting a man who indecently exposed himself to the same woman twice on a York cycle path.

The two incidents took place on the path off University Road leading to Heslington Road, at 3pm on Tuesday 3 November and again at around 2pm yesterday (Tuesday, 10 November).

The male suspect was seen hiding behind parked cars.

A North Yorkshire Police spokeswoman said: “We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

“In particular, we are appealing for information about the man or of any similar incidents in the same area.”
