Police were called to the Bootham Crescent football ground in York last night (Monday).
They went to the former home of York City FC and say there are now issues with youths entering the derelict ground.
PCSO Justin Piercy said: “Your local police team are aware and regularly patrol the area, there is also on site security.
“If you experience any issues or see them entering the ground, we would be grateful if you could please call us on tel: 101 or you can report online.”
Bootham Crescent has been sold to York developers Persimmon who plan to build 93 homes on the site.
They keys were handed over by City chairman Jason McGill last week and demolition work is due to begin this month.
