Emergency services were called out early this morning to a report of people on a roof in York.
Firefighters responded to the incident on Davygate at 5.11am.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “A crew from York responded to a request from police to assist four youths off the roof of a three-storey building.
“On arrival, the youths were off the roof and in the care of police.”
It is the latest in a series of similar incidents. Last month, 999 crews were called after youths climbed onto a roof on Davygate on a Saturday night.
There were two incidents on the same street in April. And three people were arrested after being seen on a roof in St Sampson’s Square in May.
