Three people were killed in a head-on collision near York.
The crash happened on the A1079 Hull Road, near the Windmill pub at Dunnington, at around 8.20pm on Monday (July 2).
It involved a blue Peugeot 207 which was travelling in the direction of Hull, and a black Nissan Qashqai which was travelling towards York.
The driver of the Peugeot, a 44-year-old man, died at the scene.
The driver of the black Nissan Qashqai, an 80-year-old man, and the front seat passenger of the car, a 78-year-old woman, were both taken to Leeds General Infirmary with serious injuries.
Both of the rear seat passengers, a 68-year-old woman and a 71-year-old woman, also both died at the scene.
