National treasure Miriam Margolyes is visiting York this month.
Miriam will be signing copies of her new book ‘Oh Miriam!’ at Waterstones, Coney Street on Tuesday 17 October.
Known for being outspoken, more than a little bit naughty, and always entertaining, Miriam’s new book will feature even more juicy and jaw-dropping stories from her eventful life and career.
From being escorted off the Today programme to declaring her love to Vanessa Redgrave; from Tales of the Unexpected to Graham Norton’s sofa – the book will take you inside both her head and her heart.
Miriam will be in Waterstones between 10am and 11:30am only. It is a first-come-first-served event. She will only be signing copies of ‘Oh Miriam!’, and copies will be available to buy in store.
Miriam has appeared in numerous TV shows and films over her career, such as Blackadder, the Harry Potter series, and the documentary series Miriam and Alan: Lost in Scotland.
