A man was airlifted to hospital after he was trapped under a vehicle in a crash in North Yorkshire last night (Monday).
Emergency services were called to Springfield Road, Boroughbridge at 7.07pm.
The collision involved one vehicle and a pedestrian.

A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “One male was trapped under the vehicle and released by crews using stabilising gear and crew power.
“Crews provided first aid until arrival of the air ambulance, who transported the male to hospital suffering a leg injury.”
