A man was punched in what police are describing as an “unprovoked attack” in York.
It happened on St Leonards Place at around 11pm on Sunday, December 18. A man was punched by a teenager near the bus stop outside the Theatre Royal.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesman said:
We are conducting enquiries and are requesting the public’s assistance to help determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
In particular, we are appealing for any witnesses who might have been present at that time.

The suspect was with two other men at the time.
