This from North Yorkshire County Council:

“There are reports of vehicles stuck in snow on the A684 at Winton and Ellerbeck. A gritter is on its way to clear the road.We are asking drivers to take extra care this morning, to only make journeys that are absolutely necessary and, if you have to go out, to drive to the conditions.”
