Two car head-on crash on A64 near York

Emergency services are at a crash on the A64 this morning (Thursday, 18 July).

Witnesses say it’s a head-on crash between two cars close to the Highwayman Café east of York.

The AA reports: “A vehicle has left the carriageway at the Stockton on The Forest turn off. Congestion to back past Hopgrove Roundabout for Eastbound as traffic queues from Murton.”

Traffic is very slow in the area. More when we get it.
