It takes the cumulative total to 10,672 – giving an overall infection rate of 5,067 cases per 100,000 people.
In the last seven days 618 people in York have tested positive for Covid-19 – a decrease of 325 (-34.5%) week on week.
The rolling seven-day rate in York is 354.7 new cases per 100,000 people.
The English national average is 437.8, the Yorkshire and Humber average is 245.
There have been no more coronavirus-related deaths in the York council area, and 25 in the last seven days (up two / 8.7%).

In North Yorkshire, there were 151 new coronavirus cases today, taking the cumulative total to 24,729 – an infection rate of 4,001.1 cases per 100K.
There are 1,551 cases in Ryedale (up eight), 3,949 in Selby (up 36), 6,353 in Harrogate (up 32), 3,476 in Hambleton (up 20), 4,871 in Scarborough (up 19), 2,121 in Richmondshire (up 19) and 2,408 in Craven (up 17).
There were two more coronavirus-related deaths reported by York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
That takes the total to 459 across the trust (York and Scarborough Hospitals).
