It takes the cumulative total to 11,381 – giving an overall infection rate of 5,403.6 cases per 100,000 people.
In the last seven days 292 people in York have tested positive for Covid-19 – a decrease of 125 (-30%) week on week.
The rolling seven-day rate in York is 164.8 new cases per 100,000 people.
The English national average is 233.2, the Yorkshire and Humber average is 184.
There have been no more coronavirus-related deaths in the York council area, and 20 in the last seven days (down 11 / 35.5%).

In North Yorkshire, there were 104 new coronavirus cases today, taking the cumulative total to 26,559 – an infection rate of 4,297.2 cases per 100K.
There are 1,669 cases in Ryedale (up 13), 4,279 in Selby (up 13), 6,867 in Harrogate (up 18), 3,779 in Hambleton (up 26), 5,104 in Scarborough (up 18), 2,298 in Richmondshire (up six) and 2,563 in Craven (up ten).
There was one more coronavirus-related death reported by York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
That takes the total to 526 across the trust (York and Scarborough Hospitals).
