Customer Service Centre Advisor – 16 Hours a Week – Hours to work around you!
Permanent Part Time Position, Tadcaster

This is an exciting opportunity to join our supportive and growing team in the Customer Service Centre at Tadcaster, with excellent training provided.

Fully comprehensive training will be provided.
Hybrid working options.
Shift patterns avaialable to work around you:
Monday 11.30am – 5pm, Tuesday 11:30am-6pm, Wednesday 11:30am-5pm OR
Wednesday 11.30am – 5pm, Thursday 11:30am-6pm, Friday 11:30am-5pm OR
Monday to Thursday 12pm – 4pm. Please discuss which hours are best for you!
Speaking to customers on the phone, who need assistance with their drinks dispense equipment, determine if diagnostic help can be give over the phone to fix the problem straight away or whether a visit from a specialist technician needs to be booked.
Logging calls and following up on diagnosed calls to ensure great customer service is always given.
Who we’re looking for?
You will be approachable and helpful to provide a high level of customer service.
You will have excellent verbal communication skills.
You will be able to effectively use a computer during real-time conversations with customers.
You will be a strong team player who wants to succeed.
You will be happy to assist and support colleagues around you and juggle your priorities to achieve team goals as well as personal ones.
An understanding of the licensed trade would be a distinct advantage, but not essential.
No previous experience needed
