Arden Matheson Training Solutions, learning and development specialists in York, are working together with the University of York and the Specialist Skills Support Programme to launch two new programmes to support business growth across North Yorkshire and East Riding.
Both programmes are part funded by the European Social Fund and are offered at no cost to the business.
The Developing Your Business Through Graduates programme is aimed at SMEs who have an employee who has graduated in the past two years, and who want to maximise the potential that the graduate offers to the business.
Josie O’Hanlon, Arden Matheson Training Solutions, is passionate about supporting Graduates: ‘Graduates bring so much energy, skill and often untapped potential into a business. With support and guidance they can offer unique insight and dynamic drive.’
Also in the pipeline is a Support For Changing Markets programme, which aims to support SMEs who want to grow, build or identify new markets in their business. In a period of such change and flux in the world, this is a chance for businesses to adapt, develop and grow with support, guidance and confidence.
Holly Arden, director of Arden Matheson Training Solutions, said: “Moving into new markets can be both daunting and exciting for business leaders. We will support clarity of vision, confidence and a clear plan of action for SMEs.”
Limited spaces remain on both programmes so to find out how you can access these completely free of charge services please contact [email protected]
To be eligible, SMEs must have fewer than 250 employees and be based in the North Yorkshire/ East Riding areas.
