Police are trying to trace four men who fled the scene of a two-car collision in York.
The crash happened on the A1237 outer ring road near the A59 roundabout at Upper Poppleton at 8.50am on Thursday (4 August).
A grey Kia Rio and a blue Volkswagen Polo collided.
Paramedics were called to the scene and confirmed there were no injuries to the driver of the Kia Rio.
However, it is believed there were four men inside the VW Polo, one with a possible head injury.
They left the scene before police arrived.
The stretch of road was partially closed until 11.15am, while officers investigated the scene and to allow the vehicles to be recovered.

A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “We are appealing for witnesses to the collision, or anyone who recalls seeing the vehicles prior to the collision, to get in touch as soon as possible to assist the investigation.
“In particular, we are appealing for any possible dashcam or mobile phone footage of the incident.”
