Four arrested after police drugs raid in York

Four people have been arrested after police raided a property in York.
Officers executed a drugs warrant at a property in the Poppleton area yesterday (Wednesday).
The York Outer Neighbourhood Team, along with the dog unit, took part in the raid, which followed reports from neighbours about drug dealing in the area.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “Four individuals have been arrested for drugs offences after drugs and drug paraphernalia were found at the address and an investigation is now underway.
“We would like to take this opportunity to thank members of the public who have reported their concerns to us.”
