A man wanted by police has been found.
North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said today (Tuesday) that Aaron Phillips, 31, has been arrested and is in custody.
The force issued an appeal to find Phillips last week.
He was being recalled to prison due to a breach of his licence conditions.
Originally convicted for burglary, Phillips also had a previous conviction of assaulting a police officer.
Police said they believed he was in the York area. They haven’t revealed where he was arrested.
The spokesperson said: “Thank you to everyone, including the media, for sharing the appeal to locate him or called in with information.”
